Day 01: Arrival, Consultation & Introduction to Wellness

The retreat begins with a welcoming transfer to the secluded wellness center. The afternoon is crucial for establishing the personalized treatment plan.

  • Morning Transfer (10:00 AM): Pickup from Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) and comfortable transfer to the chosen Ayurvedic/Wellness resort (e.g., Bentota/Wadduwa area - Approx. 2 hours drive).

  • Check-in & Lunch (12:30 PM - 02:00 PM): Arrive at the resort, check in, and enjoy a nourishing prescribed Ayurvedic lunch.

  • Afternoon Wellness Kickoff (02:30 PM - 05:00 PM):

    • Initial Consultation: Private session with the resident Ayurvedic Doctor to determine your Dosha (body type) and prescribe a personalized treatment plan and diet.1

  • Breakfast & Treatments (08:30 AM - 12:30 PM): Enjoy a prescribed Ayurvedic breakfast. Commence the morning treatment block, which may include specialized full-body massages (Abhyanga) and steam/herbal baths.

  • Lunch & Rest (12:30 PM - 02:30 PM): Ayurvedic lunch followed by essential downtime (rest is key to treatment effectiveness).

  • Afternoon Treatments (03:00 PM - 05:00 PM): Second block of treatments, which may include therapies like Pinda Sweda (herbal poultice massage) or local area applications.

Day 03: Mind Body Focus & Cultural Connection

  • Lunch & Rest (12:30 PM - 02:30 PM).

  • Afternoon Nature Walk (03:00 PM - 05:00 PM): Guided gentle nature walk, perhaps to a local Spice Garden or a quiet beach stretch, integrating the physical and spiritual healing.

Day 04: Intensive Therapy & Review

Day four is dedicated to final, intensive treatments and a comprehensive review of the progress and maintenance tips for health going forward.

  • Morning Routine & Treatments (06:00 AM - 12:30 PM): Yoga and Meditation. Breakfast, followed by the last intensive treatment block, possibly focusing on a full-body application or internal purification (based on doctor's advice).

  • Lunch & Relaxation (12:30 PM - 03:30 PM): Enjoy lunch and free time for swimming or reading.
